From February 1 to March 1, the campaign "Health Month of Agricultural Workers" will help agriculture workers - farmers, gardeners, cluster employees and their family members, to undergo preventive and in-depth medical examinations and screening. According to the results of the investigation, measures will be taken to restore and strengthen their health with state support for the identified diseases.
They are:
- People 18 and 40 years old - from a preventive examination by a family doctor;
- People aged 40 and older — from non-communicable disease screening;
- 35-55-year-old women - cervical cancer screening;
- 45-65-year-old women — breast cancer screening;
- 15-49-year-old women - preventive check-up, pregnancy check-up;
- stratum belonging to the risk group for tuberculosis - from fluorographic examination;
- Children aged 1-18 years — from an in-depth medical examination;
- 2–10-year-old children - check for helminthiasis;
- Children aged 3-18 years — are screened for oncohematological diseases.
At the end of medical examinations:
- those who have been diagnosed with a chronic disease for the first time in their life are taken under the control of the dispensary and are individually rehabilitated;
- a group of patients with acute and chronic diseases are treated in primary care day hospitals in outpatient conditions, and those who need inpatient care are treated in district, city, and regional medical institutions;
- preferential referrals to regional and republican institutions are provided to patients in need of high-tech specialized medical care.
If there are pregnant women, women with new children, infants, bedridden, elderly, and disabled persons who need the care of others, among the employees of the agricultural sector and their family members, this stratum is patronized by the family doctor and family nurses. in some cases, inspections are carried out in the apartments themselves with the participation of specialists in a narrow field.
