Jan-Sept 2022: Uzbekistan exports 180,000 tons of grapes in 9 months

In January-September 2022, Uzbekistan sold nearly 180,000 tons of grapes worth 161 million dollars to 49 countries, the State Statistics Committee reports.

Thus, the export of grapes increased by 39.4 thousand tons compared to the corresponding period of last year.

The export index of grapes by region in 9 months of Uzbekistan:

• Fergana region - 49.6 thousand tons;
• Samarkand region - 35.8 thousand tons;
• Tashkent region - 19.5 thousand tons;
• Surkhandarya region - 17 thousand tons;
• Namangan region - 12.2 thousand tons;
• Khorezm region - 12 thousand tons;
• Kashkadarya region - 11.3 thousand tons;
• Tashkent city - 8.7 thousand tons;
• Andijan region - 5.1 thousand tons;
• Bukhara region - 2.3 thousand tons;
