During his discussions, Liu conveyed warm greetings from Chinese President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Qiang to Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Prime Minister Aripov.

Central to the discussions was the commitment of both nations to forge an all-encompassing strategic partnership, aimed at fostering a shared future for China and Uzbekistan. This commitment, as articulated by the heads of state of both countries, marks the beginning of a new era in bilateral relations, emphasizing cooperation across various domains for mutual benefit.

Vice Premier Liu reiterated China's willingness to support Uzbekistan on issues of core interests and expressed a desire to deepen cooperation across multiple sectors.
