As part of the Second Turkic States Trade Forum, held in Baku from June 10 to 12, 2025, the delegation from Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Trade (MIIT) held a series of B2B meetings and negotiations with Azerbaijan’s major importers. These talks led to the signing of export contracts worth approximately $68mn across key sectors such as construction materials, textiles, ceramics, and electronics.

Uzbekistan was prominently represented, with over 50 domestic enterprises displaying their products under the unified brand "Made in Uzbekistan." Sectors showcased included electronics, textiles, pharmaceuticals, furniture, and construction materials.
The event brought together government delegations and over 300 business representatives from more than 20 countries, reinforcing trade and economic cooperation among Turkic states.
The Uzbek delegation held meetings with leading Azerbaijani companies, including Greyenstream International, Uni Tiles MMC, International Logistic Group, Nabucco A&C, MR Group, Hayat, and Sahil Inshaat 2020.
As a result of these negotiations, Uni Tiles MMC expressed strong interest in products from Uzbek ceramics and building materials manufacturers such as New Best Style, Lux Ceramics Group, Zhong Peng Ceramics Group International, and Ekokerama. A key outcome was the signing of a supply agreement worth $1mn between Uni Tiles MMC and the UzBuildMaterials Association.
Additionally, New Best Style signed an export contract valued at $500,000 with Sahil Inshaat 2020 for the delivery of PVC decorative panels. Other strategic partnerships were formed with the Azerbaijan Association of Builders and Manufacturers (ATIA), with a shared commitment to deepen bilateral trade in construction materials.
The textile sector also saw significant developments. MMS Universal Trade XI (Azerbaijan) concluded deals with Artatex for finished knitwear, while Orzu-Teks agreed to regularly supply 35 tons of dyed knit fabric.
In total, Uzbekistan secured export contracts valued at approximately $68mn. The deals cover a diverse range of products including 10,000 m² of porcelain tiles, specialized and children's clothing, 5,000 units of climate control equipment, and more. The overall export volume from Uzbekistan to Azerbaijan is projected to reach $350 million by the end of 2025.
A major step toward establishing a permanent presence in the Azerbaijani market was also taken, as both sides reached a preliminary agreement to open a 1,500 m² showroom for Uzbek products at the Turkic States Trade Center in Baku.
