Up to 50 experienced nurses from Uzbekistan are being invited to work in Germany, according to the press service of the Migration Agency.
The recruitment initiative is being implemented in partnership with the German healthcare staffing company RecruitMed GmbH & Co. KG, which specializes in placing qualified medical personnel in German medical institutions.

The monthly starting salary for selected candidates is €2,800. Once the nurses' professional qualifications are officially recognized in Germany, their salaries will increase to €3,300 per month. It is important to note that employees are responsible for covering their own rent and food expenses.
Applicants must meet several requirements. They must be between 18 and 40 years old, possess either a three-year medical college diploma or a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and have at least one year of work experience in the field. In addition, candidates must be in good health and have no criminal record.
The program offers a number of benefits to support the transition and integration of the nurses into the German healthcare system. These include a 12-month German language course held in Termez and Nukus, with course materials, exam fees, and B2 language certification provided.
The initiative also supports the recognition of qualifications in Germany, helps with the visa application process and job placement, and covers the cost of the air ticket and airport transfer.
Further assistance is provided in finding accommodation, and selected candidates will benefit from a 13th month salary system, insurance, and paid holidays. Participants will also receive continuous support throughout the employment process to ensure a smooth relocation and work experience.
