Uzbekistan has reached a series of agreements with Turkish industry associations to organize training programs for domestic manufacturers, establish a certification laboratory in Uzbekistan, and facilitate the participation of Turkish producers in UzCharmExpo-2025, scheduled for October this year.

These initiatives are part of the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade's broader efforts to promote Uzbek products in global markets and expand the country’s export potential.
As part of these efforts, Uzbek manufacturers — including Antab-2022, Mengi Tekstil Group, A Ibro Europlast, Paintline Chemical, Excellent Shoes, TC Floor-Construction, and Dil Taban — participated in the international leather and footwear exhibition AYSAF, held in Istanbul, Turkey.
During the event, Uzbek entrepreneurs engaged in business meetings with leading international companies such as Ziylan, Aktash, Tolunay Taban, As Taban, TMS Taban, Italyan Taban, Wintab Taban, GKS Taban, SVS, Soflex, Toroslar, Flokser, Gomder, Karaca Deri, Cihan, Madersan, Derimsan, and others.
The meetings served as a platform to showcase Uzbekistan's growing capabilities in leather, footwear, and related sectors, while also strengthening ties with key players in the global industry. The agreements with Turkish partners aim to help Uzbek manufacturers meet international standards and improve the competitiveness of their products abroad.
The Ministry noted that such international cooperation is critical to supporting local producers and securing a stronger position for Uzbek goods in developed markets.
