Tafaseel BPO, a prominent business process outsourcing company, has unveiled plans to establish an office in Uzbekistan, IT Park reported. This decision comes following a successful meeting held between the delegation from the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Tafaseel BPO executives during the "World Governments Summit" in Dubai.
Led by Minister Sherzod Shermatov, the Uzbek delegation engaged in fruitful discussions with Tafaseel BPO's Vice President of Development, Ayman Fadl, on February 13. Among the key topics deliberated was the feasibility of setting up operations in Uzbekistan, leveraging the conducive business environment and support programs offered by the Uzbek government, particularly through IT Park.
Tafaseel BPO, founded in 2011, has established itself as a leader in the outsourcing industry, boasting a workforce of over 1000 employees and generating revenue exceeding $10mn. With subsidiaries across Egypt, the UAE, and multiple Middle Eastern nations, the company offers a wide array of services spanning IT, marketing, technical support, customer service, finance, human resources, and logistics, available in 13 languages.
Ayman emphasized Tafaseel BPO's strategic vision for expansion and its keen interest in exploring new markets. The company evaluated Uzbekistan's potential as a hub for global IT operations, citing the support programs provided by IT Park, including the "Zero Risk" initiative aimed at facilitating market entry with minimal risks.
In line with these discussions, Tafaseel BPO executives will be participating in the upcoming "Offshore Outsourcing Tour" event scheduled for March 2024 in Tashkent. The company intends to leverage the "Zero Risk" program to establish its presence in Uzbekistan, paving the way for seamless global business operations through the republic.
The decision to open an office in Uzbekistan marks a significant milestone in the evolution of global IT outsourcing. Beyond contributing to the nation's ambitious goal of achieving $5bn in IT exports, this strategic move is poised to generate employment opportunities for local talent, thereby elevating the quality and competitiveness of Uzbek specialists on the global stage.
