Regional birth rates
The birth rates varied across different regions of the country. The highest growth was recorded in Samarkand, with 114,400 births, followed by Fergana with 107,600, and Kashkadarya with 102,300 children. On the other hand, the Syrdarya region recorded the lowest birth rate, with 23,400 babies.
