Content shared on the Weibo social media site is urging users to express condemnation toward Japan for the disposal of what they term "nuclear-contaminated water," and these posts even feature Japanese contact numbers.
Among these shared contact numbers is one linked to the Upper House of the Diet. In one particular video, it's purported that an individual placed a call to an entity in Tokyo, conversing in Chinese to inquire why they are releasing what he labels as "nuclear-contaminated water."
Authorities at the Japanese Consulate-General situated in Qingdao, located within China's Shandong Province, have reported that an individual of Chinese nationality engaged in the act of throwing stones into the premises of a Japanese educational institution.
As per these officials, the occurrence transpired on August 24, which aligned with the commencement of the treated water release. They clarify that no structural harm was inflicted on the school edifice and no students suffered injuries. Additionally, the implicated man was taken into custody by law enforcement personnel.
