People of Uzbekistan are being warned about false advertising for the organization of the Hajj prayer on social networks.
“The organization of events for the performance of the Hajj and Umrah in Uzbekistan is carried out on the basis of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures to further improve the organization and conduct of the Hajj and the Event of Umrah,” the message says.
The organization of these holy prayers was entrusted to the Committee for Religious Affairs and the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan.
According to the legislation of Saudi Arabia, the pilgrimage is carried out on the basis of an agreement between the authorized organizations of the countries of the world and the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of this country.
Violation of the procedure for performing the Hajj in the territory of Saudi Arabia entails measures based on the legislation of this country.
The task of organizing the Hajj is not within the competence of travel companies or agencies. An attempt to organize a Hajj prayer by these people is contrary to the current legislation.
Believers are also warned that attempting to illegally visit the holy places leads to deportation from Saudi Arabia and a 10-year ban on entry with any visa and a fine of about $26,000.
