Russian Rescuers found the brunt bodies of men born in 2002, 1989, and 1975 while extinguishing the fire in Asino, the Tomsk region. It is said that the dead were citizens of Uzbekistan. "Vtomske.ru" reports.
Although the incident happened on April 15, the house owner was detained only two days later, on April 17.
A 43-year-old worker of "Stroydommontaj-M" is a self-employed businessman renting out buildings and owns the burnt house.
"In 2023, he rented the house to a group of Uzbek migrant workers employed at Stroydommontaj-M. "However, he did not provide the fire safety requirements, which resulted in a blaze killing three people," the report said.
A criminal case has been initiated under Russian legislation.
