Major Shukhrat Sobirov has been designated as the head of Interpol’s bureau in Uzbekistan replacing Colonel Ganijohammedov who had been in the position since 2021, The Press service of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan confirms.
Sobirov had worked as the head of the Andijan Regional Department of Andijan Region before running the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs until February 2023.
