The Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan announced the resumption of international bus service with Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Russia from January 19.
In connection with the improvement of weather conditions, regular international bus service resumed on January 19, the press service of the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan has reported.
Bus traffic on international routes has been suspended since January 13 due to severe frosts on the territory of Kazakhstan and Russia. As a result, several evacuations of Uzbek citizens traveling by bus through Kazakhstan were reported.
