The Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) employees in the Fergana region rescued a puppy who fell into a small hole in the concrete toilet. Hearing the puppy's whining, Uzbek citizen Inna Pazilova dialed the number of the local MES department. The crew arrived at the scene to help the animal.
Using the necessary skills and equipment, one of the employees penetrated a small hole and appeared on the surface just a few minutes later with the juvenile dog.
