At least 17 people were injured following an explosion at the weapons and ammunition depot of a military facility in Uzbekistan’s Syr Darya region on October 22.
It was not immediately clear what caused the blast at the facility located some 70 kilometers from the capital.
The Ministry of Defense said those hospitalized had suffered “non-life-threatening injuries.”
According to official information, some 3,742 buildings suffered damage.
