Emergency ministry informs about the gas explosion in one of the houses in Uzun district of Surkhandarya region.
On October 19, at 02:43 AM, the emergency management of the region received a report about a flash of an air-gas mixture in one of the houses.
According to assumptions, the natural gas that leaked from the reducer of the domestic gas cylinder in the basement of the house accumulated in the room and flashed the air-gas mixture.
As a result of the incident, the owner of the house and his child, who were in the room, received burns of various degrees. Now, they are being provided with necessary medical assistance.
An investigation is currently underway.
