On August 25, the first children's hospice named "Taskin" (Solace) was opened in the Zangiota district of the Tashkent region. Daryo presents the video story from the hospice.
The health care centre will focus on the palliation of terminally ill children by providing them love & care every day of their remaining lives.
The hospice is currently designed for 20 patients and provides socio-psychological support to the sick child and his family members.
The staff of the children's hospice consists of professional staff who have undergone special training organized by the Israeli Embassy's MASHAV organization and the "Ezgu Amal" public foundation.
