At the briefing held at the Agency of Information and Mass Communications, the head of the Anti-Monopoly Committee, Mirzohid Komilov, presented information on the further liberalization of state procurement.
However, he also noted some misconduct actions which were:
- Violation of the legally established order of sales - 823 cases;
- Illegal affiliation between participants (affecting the competitive environment by mutual agreement of participants) - 419 cases;
- Conflict of interests between the customer and the participant - 139 cases;
- Agreed activities between customers and participants - 130 cases.
