150 million soums of the soft loan for the construction of a greenhouse in Karmana district of Navoi region were embezzled by a group of people who receive the credit from ATB "Mikrokreditbank" Karmana branch, the Department under the General Prosecutor's Office reports.
During the investigation, it was found that N.J the head of the production company, K.J and K.D, director of the Ltd. Illegally transferred the loan for the building of a modern greenhouse to "K.D." and never carried out the work.
The department has filed a criminal case under Article 167 of the Criminal Code (embezzlement or robbery by fraud).
