The venture, spearheaded by the German company The Hansa Consortium, is slated to entail an investment of KZT 250bn, equivalent to over $557mn. This joint endeavor between Kazakhstan and Germany underscores the strategic collaboration between the two nations.
The Kazakhstan-Germany joint project will unfold in three stages, with an estimated creation of 700 jobs. The phased approach reflects a meticulous strategy aimed at ensuring the efficient and sustainable development of the airport infrastructure.
Upon completion, the airport will boast a cargo capacity of 50,000 tons, facilitating seamless transportation of goods and bolstering trade links.
