Power International Holding (PIH), a leading Qatari company, is set to participate in the construction of an educational and entertainment park in Uzbekistan, Dunyo reports. The project, known as the Silk Road Land Edutainment Park, is expected to cost around $300mn and will span an area of 180 hectares.
Negotiations and memorandum of cooperation
The negotiations were organized with the support of the embassy between the SilkRoadInvest Group of Uzbekistan, a limited liability company, and the leadership of PIH. Representatives of Uzbekistan presented the business plan of this project to PIH. After intense discussions, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the parties.
It was agreed at the end of the meeting to organize a business mission of representatives of PIH to Uzbekistan in February 2024. The purpose of this mission is to inspect the location of this project and discuss the conditions of its implementation in detail.
