Turkmenistan's national carrier becomes leading partner of Germany's Hahn Air

German airline Hahn Air says it welcomes Turkmenistan Airlines in its leading partner portfolio. 

"Travel agents in 190 markets worldwide can book the flag carrier of Turkmenistan via the standard reservation process and issue tickets on the insolvency-safe HR-169 document."  

The airline's flights are available on all GDS (Global Distribution Systems)  under the Hahn Air Systems H1 code. 

Turkmenistan's only national air carrier serves 20 destinations in eleven countries in Asia and Europe. 

International routes, available under the H1 code, include Beijing (PEK), Delhi (DEL), Dubai (DXB), Frankfurt (FRA), Istanbul (IST) and Kazan (KZN).   

In 2016, the capital of Turkmenistan opened a new international airport built by Turkish company Polimeks for more than $2bn.
