Aaron Dale Jones boasts nearly half a century of experience in automobile manufacturing, having started his career in 1976 at the prominent General Motors in their production department.
Throughout different periods of his career, Aaron Jones has been directly involved in production processes and quality control at General Motors plants, holding key positions in the company's top management.
During his long tenure at General Motors, Aaron Jones has held roles such as Director of Manufacturing Technology, Director of Quality and Supplier Quality, and Director of International Operations with responsibilities in supply chain, production, and global sourcing.
This year, Aaron Jones was brought on board by "UzAuto Motors" as the Deputy Executive Director, responsible for supply chain management and quality, in order to ensure efficient control over the supply chain and logistics functions.
Deepak Kumar Singh
Quality Supplier Advisor at "UzAuto Motors."
Deepak Kumar has dedicated his entire career in the automotive industry to quality and supplier development, working at General Motors.
Over the years, he has held positions as a supplier quality engineer and has contributed to General Motors' global procurement strategy in India and North America.
Currently, Deepak Kumar Singh is focused on developing the local supplier network for "UzAuto Motors" factory, serving as a Quality Supplier Advisor.
Oh Kangse
Mechanical Engineering and Technical Services Advisor at "UzAuto Motors."
Oh Kangse possesses over 40 years of experience in the field of automobile manufacturing and quality control. Throughout his extensive career, Oh Kangse has become an expert in the highly intellectual domain of production design for leading global companies.
Starting his career as a technologist engineer at Hyundai Motors (Korea), Oh Kangse has held positions as the Director of Production Design and Quality Control at Samsung Motors (Korea), Technical Director at Sewon Precision Ltd. (Korea), and Vice President of Industrial Equipment Production at EINS Automation, Ltd. (Thailand).
Currently, Oh Kangse serves as an advisor for mechanical engineering and technical services at "UzAuto Motors."
Jecheol Park
Expert in international production systems at "UzAuto Motors."
Jaecheol Park has accumulated 37 years of work experience at major factories around the world. Throughout his career, Jaecheol Park has conducted training and calibration of the global GM GMS production system at 26 automobile and powertrain plants in China, Korea, India, Thailand, Australia, and Uzbekistan. Furthermore, he successfully elevated the quality standards of several facilities to the international level of BIQ4.
In Uzbekistan, Jaecheol Park also played a role in the launch of the next-generation CSS Prime engine production at the UzAuto Motors Powertrain plant, as well as the attainment of the BIQ4 production quality certification at the Asaka and Pitnake plants of "UzAuto Motors."
Mikhail Semenikhin
Mikhail Semenikhin holds the position of Head of the Department for Dealer Network Development, Marketing, and PR for the Chevrolet brand in Uzbekistan and international markets at UzAuto Motors.
With over 30 years of experience in brand development, dealer network expansion, and sales in major companies across the CIS countries and overseas, Mikhail Semenikhin has dedicated 23 years to the growth of the sales network within the Volkswagen Group and the international company Bosch-Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH.
Since June of the current year, Mikhail Semenikhin has assumed the role of Head of the Department for Dealer Network Development, Marketing, and PR for the Chevrolet brand in Uzbekistan and on export markets at UzAuto Motors. In this position, he will also implement leading international practices in these areas.
