Reports indicate that an explosion occurred on June 14 at a plant in Tashkent's Chilanzar district, resulting in six individuals being hospitalized. The Ministry of Emergency Situations has confirmed that the explosion occurred at approximately 9:50 am on Astrabad Street.
The explosion was caused by a gas-air mixture bursting in the one-story hangar of the copper pipe shop. Fire and rescue teams and government officials, including the Prosecutor's Office, Ministry of Internal Affairs, National Guard, and State Security Service, were promptly dispatched to the scene.
The incident's consequences are currently being addressed. Preliminary reports suggest that six individuals have suffered from injuries of various degrees and required hospitalization.
Earlier this week, a fire broke out at the "Buyuk Ipak Yo'li" marketplace in Kokand of the Fergana region.
