The State Centre for the Examination and Standardization of Medicines, Medical Products and Medical Equipment of the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry under the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan has warned of the danger of Spain-manufactured drug Tutukon Neo by El Laboratorio Miquel y Garriga, S.A.
In particular, series R-049, R-050, R-051, R-078, R-080, R-222, R-236, R-081, R-124, R-204, R-205, R-206, R-218, R-219, R-220, R-221, R-223, R-224, R-225 are reportedly manufactured in violation of the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
GMP refers to guidelines and regulations that ensure the safety, quality, and efficacy of products manufactured in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and food. Following GMP standards is crucial for companies to maintain compliance with regulatory bodies and build trust with consumers.
