The ‘Anhor Sayli’ (formerly ‘Aziz’ and ‘Kazbek’) recreation centers in Bostanliq district, Tashkent region, were sold at an auction, the E-auction portal reports.
The lot was put up for auction by the regional administration of the State Assets Management Agency of the Tashkent region.
The year of construction of the camp is undefined. The total area of the plot is 1.9 ha. The area of the buildings is 3,831.69 square meters. It has water, electricity and gas supply. There is no sewage system.
The initial price of the camp put up for auction was 37bn UZS. On March 6, it was sold for 61bn UZS, 24bn UZS more.
Five merchants participated in the online auction. Impower Trading, established in 2013, won the auction. The charter fund of the company is 630mn UZS.
