In January-November 2022, Uzbekistan's foreign trade turnover amounted to $45mn, the State Statistics Committee has reported. The figure surged by $6.8bn (18%) compared to the same period last year.
During the reporting period, the republic exported products ($13.8bn) and services ($3.6 bn) for a total of $17.4bn. Imports, in the meantime, were recorded at $27.6bn (products - $25.3bn, services - $2.3bn).
Negative balance on FTT amounted to $10.2bn in January-November 2022.
The Central Asian country’s largest foreign trade partners are China, Russia, Kazakhstan and Turkey.
