During the last 9 months of this year, a total of 99,883 violations of the law were detected at, davxizmat, public services in Uzbekistan, the State Services Center informs.
In 81,458 of them the centre did not comply with service deadlines; 7,115 are requests for unnecessary additional documents, 4,593 are direct public service, 2,113 are unjustified refusals, and 10 are legal requirements of an authorized body, and 4,594 other violations of the law.
837 appeals were made to the responsible bodies regarding the cases of violations of the law and 973 reports on administrative violations were issued.
Overall, 1,065 public service officers were brought to disciplinary responsibility, and 33 persons were dismissed. Also, administrative fines were imposed on 973 persons.
