The Uzbek government has introduced a new module for personal identification and confirmation by entering the "Electronic Government" systems - Mobile-ID (via a mobile phone) the Unified Interactive State Services Portal.
Now anyone can register by mobile phone number and use all state services (except financial) without a digital signature.
For this, one should download my.gov.uz application to the smartphone.
