Social media platforms have been teeming with the news about the monsters which killed a dozen of sheep in Bukhara.
"Daryo" studied the case and tried to find out more about the incident.
The village called Suspatta in the Romitan district of the Bukhara region, is on the fringe of the Gazli desert where one can find jackals, wild dogs, ground squirrels, foxes, and other animals.
“Children of the neighbourhood saw the chupacabra walking near Vocational School No. 2 at this address. They chased him audaciously when the monster nipped into the basement of the store. The locals then killed him for their own safety," Nutfullo Saidov, the mahalla chairperson says.
According to him, there is some footage where Chupacabras are dragging the sheep, which in fact turned out to be mere wild dogs. This information has been also corroborated by the Department of Ecology and Environmental Protection.
