A China-Europe freight train carrying food and emergency cargo has left for Uzbekistan on June 22, becoming the first China-Kazakhstan-Uzbekistan China-Europe freight to depart from Guangxi.
The 94-container freight train containing sugar, charcoal, and network cashew nuts and daily necessities from Vietnam has departed from Nanning, the capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in southern China. The train is expected to cover 4,662 km and arrive in Tashkent in 7 days.
The train's journey marks the first time that the "fast pass" model has been used in two customs supervision areas – one in Guangxi and one in Xinjiang.
Due to the simplified procedure of customs clearance, the new route will reduce the time of transportation by one or two days, ensuring efficient delivery of goods.
